Pumpsets to NZS4541 and NZS4510

The NZS 4541 and NZS 4510 standards call for the use of specific pumpsets for fire protection. These fall into 2 main categories : diesel engine driven pumpsets and electric driven pumpsets. We can supply both of these types of units, their controls and accessories.

For diesel-driven pump sets we have simplified the selection and build process and have based our pump sets on standardized chassis sizing, allowing for a quicker turnaround. All standard chassis are hot-dip galvanized and supplied with heavy duty rubber isolation mounts. Please find datasheets for the most common models in the download section below.

All electric-driven pump sets come on a galvanized steel base - either folded or fabricated - and are selected based on the project duty. Our standard range is based on ISO end-suction pumps and will reach max flows up to 5,000lpm and max boost pressure up to 1400kPa.

For any specific project requirements - for example a request for a Bronze or Stainless impeller, or the need to have matching pump ends for both electric and diesel - please talk to our team early and we will be provide suitable options.
